The Skin Packaging process is a type of carded packaging that uses heat sealing to vacuum form film over the product as efficiently and quickly possible. The central procedure in this system, because it can work with many different materials using easily automated processes; making them an ideal choice for modern day businesses who need their products fast but still want great quality!

This packaging technique has four components:

  1. The plastic film
  2. Heat seal coating
  3. Printing ink
  4. Paperboard

A clever process is used to apply a heated film of material over product and its backing. The platform containing this airtight seal sits on top of the object, then vacuum draws it down so that you have an attractive finish with no bubbles or residue left behind after printing!
